Formerly Miami mini storage Now Safe Storage of Oklahoma LLC charging 26.6% increase in monthly storage rate in one swipe, $2 service charge for lack of known email address with no warning, nor was it ever required before, 50% increase in late fee. I misunderstood the new rate and my check was 5$ short I received notice and immediately sent another check for that $5 plus $2 they charged for not having an email address which I had never been asked for.
