Just had surgery on 4/7 with Dr Mcadoo and I am 100% pleased with the entire experience. I have nothing bad to say at all. I will say that everyone experience is different but I was taken care of by the entire team. The coordinators were very communicative and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Macdoo as he has a lot of experience and listens to your needs and wants. I’m now on my 3rd post op day.
Got surgery with dr kagan in late 2024. Ended up with fibrosis, and never got a follow-up with doctor. i’ve called, emailed, texted for over a year, always ended up with a promise that they’ll follow up, only to never receive a message again.
Dr. Kegan’s surgical team and office staff went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable and informed of everything. They held my hand through the entire process. Thank you guys. Amazing experience as a first timer with plastic surgery. The doctor mc adoo is good but the staff at the front is horrible also u have surgery u have to wait like 5 hrs to get it done makes no sense then when its the day after they give u an appointment for 1.30 u see the nurse at 4 tell me that makes sense it doesn’t like seriously up grade ur place an have better service the workers at the front is very unprofessional seriously an no one cares its crazy how they think someone has surgery an the day after wait almost 3 hrs seriously people u a big company get ur act together
