Had an oil change in December 2025 the service was fine. Found out in January 2026 they submitted a claim to my warranty company for service not done. It also appears on my carfax in December and again in January for work they did not do. Called them more than once, left messages, had a Mananger call me back but nothing has been done to fix it or remove it from the carfax.

Absolutely Disastrous Experience at Miami Lakes RAM Service Department I scheduled an appointment to drop off my 2021 Ram 1500 this morning at 9:30 AM for a safety recall and a simple oil change. I figured a scheduled appointment at a RAM dealership would mean they’d at least look at it the same day. I was dead wrong.
