My experience with this dealership has been absolutely disappointing and, honestly, difficult to believe. I was given a leased vehicle with ongoing mechanical problems, and since then, what should have been a relatively straightforward resolution has turned into an endless cycle of inconvenience, wasted time, additional expenses, and promises that have not been kept. Quite possibly the worst phone system i've ever encountered for a dealership. Impossible to get parts on the phone.
