We needed help for our duct cleaning. I called Miami Kwik Dry and they gave appointment in 3 days. Very good! Then, the tech came right on time. In fact, they reached in our neighborhood before time and were waiting outside until the exact time ... and then only they rang the door bell. Very good! Then, they did a good job in our ducts. Diego explained everything to me and advised a few changes for future. I am very satisfied with their service. Will call them again for my next duct cleaning work
Great customer service. Although I didn't use them for any cleaning, after I got stood up by another coupon, Kwik dry was one of two companies in all of Miami Dade that would have been willing to help me the same day, since my car had its seats removed and was not driveable.
