I brought my vehicle to Miami Hi tech it was involved in an accident and I'am pleased to say they were absolutely great . The staff is freindly and very professional went to see how my car was doing and was pleasantly surprised that it was ahead of schedule (almost done) its was suppose to be done in 4 weeks they finished in 3 weeks . I love the way my car came out it looks like it came straight out of the dealer. I really recommend this shop
All those people no mention that for them to do anything in the car if you need to wait for the approval of insurance are often delayed up to 15 days to approve them for star your car reappear miami hi tech open 24 hrs and always respond to the customers any situation that has the car and they not responsible for the insurance rent cars days when your insurance taken 15 days for approve your car.... Am very grateful to them miami hi tech and recommend them...
My name is Carmen Medina I have a 2015 Toyota Corolla that got fixed by miami hi-tech bodyshop this week, I am very happy and satisfied with the professional service provided. In addition very punctual with the repairs, I appreciate all the help provided and I highly recommend this bodyshop. My insurance is geico I was dealing directly with Pamela , when I went to get an estimate at their drive in they didn't recommend the shop at all but shop proved them wrong . My car came out great !!!!!
My car was at this shop for 50 days, Jan 14 though March 4. They blame the insurance company for the delay and did show me proof that Progressive facilitated the delays as well. The front desk staff were all very sweet and as attentive as they could be, no complaints there. The manager, Eric, was pleasant, but like most body shops, they tell you it will be ready one day and it's another month before it is actually ready.
