I came in to purchase X-Pressions pre-stretched hair and they charged $12.99 for a pack that is usually $5.99. That’s just insane. Won’t be back. Update: I’ve decided to update my review because the owner reached out to me directly and apologized for the incorrect charge and refunded me fully.
