It's motto is friendly, affordable and relaxed, which are all very accurate! Big open space, fresh ocean air. The equipment is a bit dated but well maintained and completely function. It's a bit rustic and that won't suit everyone. For me, it feels a bit like home.

I love this Gym! Very Clean and brand new facilities.
Very large old school gym with plenty of room to workout, helpful staff and fun classes.
