Miami Fitness is a Good Deal! – I don't know how this place survives with such a small clientele, but it does and I'm glad. Miami Fitness is stocked with all the equipment you might need, including free weights, machines and treadmills with TVs that always work. There's also a boxing/stretching room. In the mornings there is often a small group of people stretching & exercising in the parking lot (I think they charge a small extra fee for this). Best gym in burbank – Im the kind of man that wants to go to a gym and work out and not be bothered.Most gyms you go to work out and you cant because you get these woman with all this make up all over their face (is this a bar or what?)and they just dont stop talking.!Im considered an attractive man by far,well they seem to think so,I dont know sometimes I feel like a "woman magnet", every time I go to work out the woman just want to talk.Im there to work out and thats it girls!.There are other places to be social.This gym i... read more

BEST GYM IVE EVER BEEN TO – Miami Fitness is not a meat market!You go in there to work out,no matter what size you are they are all there to help you.Im a 200 pound woman and I was so embarresed at first to walk in,but as soon as I walked in I felt like I was at home.Everybody was so friendly,the atmosphere felt cozy.The owner showed me around and I was so pleased.Ive been going for 3 months now and have lost 20 pounds!! Simple gym – This a neighborhood gym a mom and pop place. It is not fancy but they have everything you need to workout. No BS or meat market here like Gold's, 24 hour, or any of those other places. I have been working out here for years and will continue too. If you are serious about working out this is your place. Very rarely crowded.

Rude staff, don't turn AC ever – What an awful place. They're trying to save money on AC and never turn it on even if it's 100 degrees outside. So, it's 78-80 degrees constantly in the gym... never seen it cooler. If you ask them to turn an AC on, they do, but it takes time to cool this place down, and you're in the gym already working out sweating like a pig.
