Horrible experience at the Vaughan location. Bad customer service and poor quality of work. In what was suppose to be a simple line up, with very clear instructions given, the barber royally screwed it up. He reshaped my beard-line after is explicitly said to follow and maintain the current one. I simply wanted my 5 o'clock shadow removed so that I could look good for my cousin’s wedding reception. They closed early. I called and nobody answered at 5:30. Drove over and arrived just before 6pm and the door was locked. Website, Google maps, phone recording and even sign on the door said open to 6. Not happy.. but found another great barbershop and won't be back to Miami Fades.

Scheduled an appointment 10AM. No one showed up and doors were locked. Will never use again. Please do not give use them as they don’t appreciate the business and are not professional.
