Every therapist I had was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location
I would definitely will no come back to this place the Very Rude Lady that check in has no manners does not know how to talk to people she is not happy with her job I have put up with her cos every one deserve a chance but she gets worse talk to people with disrespect and very offensive like … Dr is just fine but the front office thinks that the patient works for them …what a shame to a mediocre service of the eye health here
Unprofessional ,Unprofessional rude They don't know how to speak to no one. They have no respect they don't seem like they care when they're talking to you.
If you love your elderly parents I would NEVER recommend coming here. The staff is unprofessional and so rude, they give no assistance at all. The reception lady was talking to a patient like 5 year old who should go away when asked for help. My parents will never come back!! The doctor seems reasonable but overall there's more professional better places in Miami. Look out for your elderly parents they should never be treated this way.
