Do not go to this practice. The doctor I made an appointment with had retired and they still had his business cards at reception. The intake staff incorrectly and fraudulently charged me for the visit when it should be free with Medicare. They insisted I get a dilation when I didn't ask or need it. Worst I have ever seen (no pun intended)
I took my mom Rosa Allen today to Miami Eye Specialists for her first appointment with Dr. Alan Silbert. He was extremely personable, kind, and a delight to be around. His knowledge and expertise put me completely at ease, and I felt very confident having my mom in his care. We were also relieved and happy with the positive news regarding her eye health. Take forever appointment 9am ain’t leaving to 1pm. P/S WEAR YOUR MASK PEOPLE COUGHING AND DONT COVER THEIR MOUTHS. Keep some hand sanitizer on your too if you know what I know safety first.
