My car was due for a transmission service. I chose Miami Engines because they had the knowledge and expertise for all things BMW, especially ZF transmissions. They performed the service based on ZF’s recommendations and my car shifts a lot smoother.
Today, a senior technical team member - Paul - at Miami Engines successfully resolved a question I'd been unsuccessfully researching for two weeks. It was a simple question with at least 4 completely different answers from at 8 people who seemed legitimately deeply knowledgeable about N-series engines, even stating 10+ years of employment by BMW. What can I say! Paul and all his staff were wonderful to deal with and kept me posted every step of the way during my build. I HIGHLY recommend Miami Engines. Easy to work with, great staff and great prices and really know what they are doing.
Miami Engines is the only place I take my G80 for maintenance. They actually know BMWs, not just general service like most shops. The techs are solid, super knowledgeable, and the shop is clean and professional. You can tell they really care about performance and doing things right. Highly recommend if you own a BMW and want it done properly.
