Made and online appointment but apparently selected the wrong tile. Online booking needs some serious enhancements and the ability to view your reservation by your name or phone number. I was denied assistance as I had made an error with the online booking platform. If the workflow was easier to navigate, less issues would occur especially for those in the community that are not as technical savvy. I visited the Paola Treasurer’s Office recently and had a mixed experience. The lady at the information desk helped me get checked in and scheduled, which I appreciated. However, when I asked her how long the wait might be, she only said, “soon.” That felt dismissive and unhelpful—“soon” could mean five minutes or an hour.
