We recently had a new water heater installed and we got a letter saying we needed to get it inspected and to call to schedule the inspection. We have called multiple times and you HAVE to call between 8-9am ONLY and then they will only see if they have someone available that day and if they don't, they tell you to call back tomorrow. They will NOT let you schedule in advance. This makes it impossible for us to get an inspection scheduled and completed.
