Just had my parents who were sent there by a primary doctor sit in the ER waiting room for 4 hours until they went to the desk and were told it was not life threatening, so they would not be taken in. 4 hours of sitting and waiting after checking in is absolutely ridiculous to not say anything to them and just allow them to sit there waiting overnight. I hate to think how long they would have had to sit there waiting if they didn’t check with the front again, but shortly after they took them back to a room.

Have (unfortunately) had to go here twice in the past few years. The first time I was actually admitted to the hospital, but the second time I didn't have to go through all of that. Both times, I was treated very nicely. The most recent time, my nurse was AMAZING. I was very sick and she handled it with ease. I felt completely comfortable with her and knew she had my best interests in mind. I spent only 5 hours overall in the ER (I arrived at midnight and left by 5am). This facility is a joke. I went in for back pain. I could not walk. I was in an accident years ago and have permanent damage. I explained this during my intake and explained I needed an MRI or referral because it was too long to get into my PCP. I treat my back pain with spinal steroid injections not pills or drugs. When I questioned the nurse about the route of care I was getting 45 mins in to the visit - because it doesn’t line up with typical back pain triage the doctor was sent in.
