This should be a zero star. Appointment today for 1:20 PM. Checked in at 1:15 PM and was advised it would be about 20 Minutes. After an hour waiting we asked how much longer and was advised there was one other patient in front of us and that the doctor was behind due to surgeries in the morning. Finally at 3:00 PM was called to the room. At 3:20 PM nobody came in and we left. No fue agradable la visita, además no te dan mucha información sobre los medicamentos que debes utilizar, te venden cremas y productos al doble del precio, no te dan opciones, no te ayudan en general, a mi entender es más importante venderte los productos que el interés mismo por la salud del paciente, es terrible ver como la medicina deja de ser algo que apasiona para convertirla en un negocio 🥹
I came 20 minutes before my time, I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and then 1 hour in the waiting room just so they can see her for 5 minutes. Afterwards they left the door wide opened while my daughter was getting dressed.
