Couldn’t ask for a more perfect place for all my feminine needs the attention the staff dedicates, and how they truly care about their patience is beyond what I’ve ever experienced overjoyed to be a part of the Miami Center of Excellence
I never write reviews but I’m still so upset by how I was treated. The nurse practitioner Alexis Lorentz made me feel super awful would never go back. If I could give a 0 star I would.
When it comes to hormone therapy neither NURSE PRACTITIONERS know what they’re doing. They think they know it all. I asked for certain hormone test and Alexis said “we don’t test progesterone.here. “ Well I may not be a Doctor but I know my body. I went somewhere else and all my hormones where checked I was extremely low in progesterone I was given a higher prescription. I sleep longer hours and endometriosis has improved tremendously.
