Been with REMC since 2012. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Rates are not competitive, but when you are a power company you don't need to be.
Since I moved here in 2017 I have never paid such high electric rates in my life and dont even get me started on the joke of an internet they offer for $85/mo!!!! Unfortunate for us we are stuck in a Monopoly and can't switch to a competitor. Big Company, Big Government world these days!
