This was my first time coming to this car wash and it will be my last. The basic wash barely cleaned my car, so I called and was given a code to come back for an Ultimate wash. I appreciate being offered another wash, but even the Ultimate wash did not clean my car properly. The owner's response seems to place the blame on the customer rather than acknowledge the actual results. I had the $ 34.99 hand interior car wash with a $99 polymer wax applied. Prior to the wash I had asked them to wash my winter mats, vacume and clean vinyl ect and the attendant said he would spend more attention to the winter mats which were soiled. There was no real salt stains or need for $129 detailing so that's why I went for the simple hand wash option and presumed they would just do a decent job as wasn't really dirty.
