The owners are great! We have been booking with them yearly for 5+ years and they are very accommodating. They aways stay on top of the weather and if it is safe to go out. Always a great time.
I had a very disappointing experience with Oleg and Dmitriy Shaposhnikov. They refuse to issue a refund and do not answer phone calls or respond to messages. Very unprofessional communication and poor customer service. I would not recommend working with them.
TOTAL SCAM. Tried to get my money back because of the weather. The weather was absolutely terrible those days, unsafe to go out on a boat. I reached out to them multiple times calls, messages - NO RESPONSE. Meanwhile, they charged me $450 with zero hesitation. For two weeks I tried to contact them.
