From the first phone call to the final install, they were professional, fast, and knew exactly what they were doing. I’ve dealt with my fair share of “boat lift experts” in South Florida, most of whom barely show up or overpromise and underdeliver. Louis was transparent, on time, and honestly just a good person who takes the utmost pride in his work.
It was a fantastic experience dealing with Miami Boat Lifts, and there staff. There attention to detail, and communication is hands down like no other. Their follow-up, friendliness, timeliness, professionalism, and workmanship of staff were excellent. Louis was our initial contact and stayed with us through the entire process. He made numerous trips to the house to make sure that our new boat lifts were perfect in every respect, and came personally to adjust our bunks on delivery of new boats.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Several back and fourth to just get someone here and give me an estimate for my boat lift repair (which no one ended up showing). Constant excuses over 2 weeks and rescheduling wasting mine and everyones time. Please fix your system on taking each business inquiry seriously and at least update your clients instead of lying.
