Posting for a good friend who is not so computer literate.... Sergio and team were very pleasant and responsive until he made the final payment. A promise that the wrinkles in one of the fabric blinds noticed at instillation will work themselves out after exposure to some sunlight did not prove to be true. Thier first attempt to correct this situation made the problem worse. Now that this blind is completely unusable and must be left up there is no response to multiple phone calls and voice mails. My window treatments look amazing. I met with Sergio and he had a binder with different sample colors for the zebra blinds I wanted. He listened and advised me on the best colors to choose and kept the price within my budget. The work was done to perfection!
