The consultation appointment felt rushed. The designer barely spent 15 minutes measuring and didn’t discuss options thoroughly. As a result, the final result did not match my expectations.
I experienced constant delays and excuses. First it was a supplier issue, then a shipping issue. No accountability at all. Very unprofessional management.
The installer damaged part of my wall during installation and didn’t inform me. I noticed it later and had to pay for repairs myself. The company refused to compensate.
