Absolutely awful customer service! I went here looking to try on some human hair wigs as I was interested in potentially buying a couple. First I asked about bleached knots and the first woman who approached me had no idea what I was talking about. I have been wearing wig on and off since it was 15. I then asked to try on a couple real hair wigs that were on the top shelf. The synthetic wigs all felt like hay and dirty.
