Strange experience overall. After 3 years of coming here I have yet to actually meet Dr. Norris. The staff seems “unprofessional” giving their “opinions” rather than true medical expertise.

If you have a life and somewhere to be and can’t reasonably spend 2+ hours waiting around, don’t book here. Went in for an appointment at 11am, they took me back around 11:20 and I undressed. I sat naked in that little paper shirt for over an hour. No one came in to check on me or update me in all that time. At 12:45 I had to walk out because I had another commitment at 1pm. They explained they only had one doctor on Mondays and that’s why they were late but if you know you only have one doctor why book her more people than ... read more

Sept 13 I had a Histeroscopy. I was charged before going in and I told the front I had gone to the ER so my deductible had changed which means my bill would be lower, they said they mail refunds for overcharges later. It’s December 16th, and I have yet received my $400 refund. I have sent multiple messages via del portal, emails and calls to their dead end “billing” phone line with all my insurance explanation of benefits and details. After searching for a ob/gyn for almost a year, I found Dr. Paul Norris’ office and been a patient for almost a decade now. The Doctor and the PAs have been patient, attentive and detailed. The office staff has been ok- they haven’t always been the greatest, just ok. As I’ve seen them come and go, some have attitudes and some don’t care. Dr. Norris is exceptional!!! He is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease. Please do not hesitate to go see him. He takes the time answer each of your questions (and I had many) and makes sure that you are comfortable with his treatment plan. The office is also run efficiently and the staff and nurses are patient and kind. You cannot go wrong!
