Strange experience overall. After 3 years of coming here I have yet to actually meet Dr. Norris. The staff seems “unprofessional” giving their “opinions” rather than true medical expertise. I’d like to know a few things: 1. What is the CPT code used to bill “asking a question” during an annual exam to bill for $600 2. If you have a life and somewhere to be and can’t reasonably spend 2+ hours waiting around, don’t book here. Went in for an appointment at 11am, they took me back around 11:20 and I undressed. I sat naked in that little paper shirt for over an hour. No one came in to check on me or update me in all that time. At 12:45 I had to walk out because I had another commitment at 1pm. Dr. Norris is exceptional!!! He is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease. Please do not hesitate to go see him. He takes the time answer each of your questions (and I had many) and makes sure that you are comfortable with his treatment plan. The office is also run efficiently and the staff and nurses are patient and kind. You cannot go wrong!

After searching for a ob/gyn for almost a year, I found Dr. Paul Norris’ office and been a patient for almost a decade now. The Doctor and the PAs have been patient, attentive and detailed. The office staff has been ok- they haven’t always been the greatest, just ok. As I’ve seen them come and go, some have attitudes and some don’t care. Gynecologist visits are usually stressful for me. My blood pressure even went up in anticipation of this visit. But starting with the medical assistant, she was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr Norris was very professional. The papsmear was done without any discomfort, something i usually dread.
