I’m giving 4 stars instead of 1 only because I’ve always had great experiences with Dr. Noris. That said, the billing situation was extremely frustrating. I was told over the phone that the procedure will be fully covered by my insurance, and I asked three times to make sure I wouldn’t have to pay thousands of $ out of the pocket- I was told no , I would have to cover only $65!!! Strange experience overall. After 3 years of coming here I have yet to actually meet Dr. Norris. The staff seems “unprofessional” giving their “opinions” rather than true medical expertise. I’d like to know a few things: 1. What is the CPT code used to bill “asking a question” during an annual exam to bill for $600 2. Please provide the intake nurse’s name so I can report her to the Florida Medical Board 3. Why did I get a bill but not my results? 4. After searching for a ob/gyn for almost a year, I found Dr. Paul Norris’ office and been a patient for almost a decade now. The Doctor and the PAs have been patient, attentive and detailed. The office staff has been ok- they haven’t always been the greatest, just ok. As I’ve seen them come and go, some have attitudes and some don’t care. If you have a life and somewhere to be and can’t reasonably spend 2+ hours waiting around, don’t book here. Went in for an appointment at 11am, they took me back around 11:20 and I undressed. I sat naked in that little paper shirt for over an hour. No one came in to check on me or update me in all that time. At 12:45 I had to walk out because I had another commitment at 1pm.
