Dr Paul is wonderful 🙏🏼 and everyone working in the office!
If I could give them zero stars I would. Dr. Norris is good HOWEVER, his staff is the WORST. They sent several times the wrong prescription to the pharmacy, very frustrating. They also prepare the mammogram wrong, I always have to have them correct it. The receptionist just hung up the phone at me. Horrible !!! Dr. Norris you need change your staff immediately, they are way too inefficient.
I would not recommend. I had to go with them only because of the location and availability for an infection that needed immediate attention while my other preferred gynecologists were booked. The customer service and patient care is lacking. They were late (not the first time) and after my visit, there was zero follow up on my lab report with results that were not clear to me. I made repeated attempts to get their attention to help me interpret something that’s personal and concerning to me, but these fell on deaf ears. I wa... read more
