I would not recommend this doctor or his practice. It’s taken me quite some time to reach this conclusion, largely due to the convenience of the location. However, after multiple visits over the past four years, I feel compelled to share my experience. The doctor and his wife—who is also his business partner—seem to prioritize profit over patient care. Dr. Norris is a kind, patient and compassionate physician. He has been my Doc for over 15 years. His office staff is responsive, courteous and professional. I recommend his practice for any woman seeking a thorough examination and a comprehensive care plan.

Great office, Dr. Norris cares about his patients and their experience. The nurse practitioner is great, too. It's a good solid team of medical professionals. An added bonus: My blood was drawn so smoothly that I hardly felt it!

I waited over 2 hours and never even saw the doctor. My appointment was at 12:30 PM. By 2:20 PM, I was still sitting in the exam room, asking repeatedly when the doctor would be in. The assistants just kept saying, “She’ll be in soon,” without giving a clear answer. The doctor briefly knocked on my door around 2 PM while I was still changing. Great practice modern and clean. I really enjoy the personal attention I received from Leslie at the front desk and on the phone. Just plan that visits will take at least one hour.
