I have been a customer for several years now. I re-ordered 12 filters and only received 11. I called the owner, Jeff and explained to him the situation. I asked him to delivery the missing filter. Jeff declined to mail me the filter because he said it was not worth it to him. So I asked him to credit me back for the missing filter to my credit card. Jeff declined to do that as well.
