I have been a patient of Dr Kim for over 8 years - I find her to be very caring, very intelligent and very pleasant. There is nothing wrong with her waiting area. I hope to be a patient of hers for many years to come
HORRIBLE!!! I give NO STARS! After doing my due diligence with my insurance & then followed up directly with the Dr. office, they confirmed they took my insurance. Because I was a "new" patient I had to wait 2 WEEKS for an appointment. When I finally show up & presented my insurance card, they IMMEDIATELY told me they did NOT accept new patients with my insurance & was DECLINED services!!! How UNPROFESSIONAL & heartless! Dr Kim has been my PCP for almost 10 years. I’ve never had a problem with Sonia. In fact, I find her to be a very nice person. Quiet, but always nice and accommodating. Dr Kim has never rushed me, always listens to my concerns and her diagnosis and advice is spot on. As far as a smelly dirty office, absolutely not!
Consistently Extremely Helpful
I'm giving the 5 stars for Dr. Kim because I do find her to be wonderful. She's caring listens & really is amazing. Unfortunately to get to Dr. Kim you have to pass the gate keeper at the check in window. I personally find Sonia to be miserable. It's a shame Dr. Kim doesn't have a warm friendly face greeting her pts. I work in the medical field & our office says the front desk sets the tone for the medical experience. If you can make it past Sonia & her additiude. MA is friendly & so kind!!!
The office smells like someone just died in there, very dirty. Office staff is rude. I will not return back and won't recommend this place to anyone.
