Dr. Song was very warm and friendly immediately! She was very informative about why I was experiencing pain in my neck. She thoroughly explained her plan of action in treating the pain. I feel very confident in her plan of action and in her care.
This was my first appointment with Dr Song after my spine specialist left the practice. I chose the right replacement. She was informative, obviously knowledgeable and she had a friendly demeanor.
