Paella and Mediterranean quinoa salad were both watery. First two times were better

This is my first time dining at Mia. The ambiance is beautiful. I enjoyed the gnocchi, the roasted bear citrus burrata salad and the salmon. All of the dishes were delicious. My husband enjoyed appetizers of meatballs and salmon cakes and had an excellent ribeye steak as well. He said that their barrel aged Manhattan was excellent.
