I love all the jewelry from here but I had already bought two bracelets before and both of them broke with no harsh treating whatsoever. I bought a hand chain today and I told the store workers that I was worried it would break and they said that many people had loved it and that it was great quality so I decided to buy it. Amazing time, great workers that are very kind, and amazing and beautiful jewelry!
Stopped at their kiosk outside of the Zara store on the second floor and the woman who was working the stand didn’t acknowledge me or another customer when we walked up, didn’t ask how she could help or anything. Very rude. Honestly, felt racially motivated. UPDATE: The store decided to comment back stating they only have a store. While do they have a store they DEFINITELY were operating from a stand on the second level one day and like I said the person who was working there was very rude and did not acknowledge customers.
