We had used Philip before for carpet cleaning, so we called again when heavy rain caused water to come in and soak the carpet along the wall in our lower room. He responded quickly and started the water extraction and drying process right away to help prevent mold and further damage. This was the best carpet cleaning service I have ever had with MIA HEAT Carpet Cleaning Solution. My mom and aunt both use them and always speak very highly of the results. After a disappointing experience with another carpet cleaner, I decided to give this team a try, and I am so glad I did.
