The cleaning was very detailed, and their team member, Bentley, was friendly and made the whole process feel personal and comfortable. I really liked how quickly they responded to my call and arranged to pick up my area rugs right away. When my rugs were delivered back, Bentley took the time to show me how they were cleaned so I could see the great results. I’m definitely planning to use this carpet cleaning company again!
