I booked a hair appointment with Rita months in advance to prepare my hair color before my engagement and shared all the necessary details and inspiration photos. She insisted on a hair test before coloring, yet when I tried to schedule it, communication was extremely poor responses took days, if any, and there was no professionalism or follow-up. Reem damaged and ruined my long virgin black hair. The next day I went back to get it fixed and instead of correcting her mistake at no charge she charged me again. She also worked on multiple people at the same time, which showed in the results. The haircut was also horrible. I wouldn’t recommend.
