It is with regret that I must share my very disappointing experience with Mia. She literally yelled at me for asking her a question when she was cutting my hair. She was never warm but this time I find her behavior extremely unprofessionally and disrespectful. 东北姐姐人特别热情，我本来只是想洗个头，姐姐看我头发打结厉害给我打理的顺顺溜溜的还帮我修了刘海，特别适合我，不得不说这个手艺真的佩服，比我之前去的那些理发店靠谱多了，姐姐人也特别热心肠，一个人把店里打理的妥妥帖帖的，怪不得回头客多

Mia is very professional. She is patient in analyzing hair cutting, styling, and even dyeing, and she can perfectly restore the color I want. The hair she makes is very smooth and easy to manage. This is the hairstyle I am most satisfied with since I came to the United States.
