Mia completely changed the breastfeeding experience for me. She is knowledgeable, a great listener, and has a warm and calming energy that makes trusting her easy. We had two virtual calls with Mia and she was wonderful. I highly recommend her to any parents who want to connect with a lactation consultant! Mia was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. She made us feel comfortable, answered all questions that we had, and was able to show us everything we needed over the virtual meeting. Her followup was greatly appreciated and her tips really helped with nursing.
Meeting Mia our first day in the hospital after the birth of our second son felt meant to be. We connected instantly and her approach to supporting both the physical and emotional elements of breastfeeding had an immediate impact. I had fear and anxiety about breastfeeding after having challenges with my first son and was determined to have success this time. Mia is an absolute amazing lactation consultant. I messaged her in an emotional panic struggling with possible mastitis and she responded almost immediately hearing my panic and pain in my late night email.
