Love Jessie Towne! She always makes me feel like a million bucks and I love my hair afterward. She is great listener and also makes me feel comfortable when I just need a quiet day and don’t want to talk.
I have gone to Jessie H for a few years now. She is personable and professional. Most importantly, my hair is the best it has ever looked. I get compliments all the time. Jessie is a hair goddess. 10000/10 recommend.
Made an appointment with them over a week ago for October 2nd. It approved and I show up to my appointment that day. Well they tell me oh the girl that’s doing your hair isn’t here sorry. Jessica is amazing. Really listens to what you’d like; asks a few questions. Then a brilliant haircut follows. Back home my wife said it’s one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten anywhere. Worth a 40’ drive! So I set up another appointment and my wife plans to drive up there too. We are seasonal (5 months) residents of Maine but I think I’ve found the best salon and stylist on the Midcoast.
Terrific Talent here. It’s wiser to say what you want and what you can spend comfortably…. Before they start. I left with a “haircut” when I believed I had scheduled a “shaping”/trim for the $45 as listed. When asked what are we doing today - I mentioned an upcoming event & how my hair grew quickly when I should have been specific: “$45 shaping trim” …if I had only known…..
