This place/product is extremely unsafe. There is a major falling hazard that clearly hasn’t been addressed. My mom actually fell because of it, and what shocked me most was that no one offered any help afterward. Safety should always come first, but here it’s completely ignored. This is dangerous and needs to be fixed immediately before someone else gets seriously hurt.
I have naturally dark brown/black asian hair and wanted it lightened up for the summer. Got a full balayage & she did an amazing job giving me a beautiful and well blended look. Would highly recommend!
