Abigail took the time to call me bright and early on a Sunday… which I was not expecting since I submitted my pictures late on a Saturday… Explained everything I needed to know.. I asked her to call me in 24 hr so I can think it over …. She was kind enough to agree and said she would follow up. I hope she calls back! I’m excited I think I’m finally ready!!

Their customer service is absolutely horrible & unprofessional. There is no line to reach the front office. It’s extremely difficult to get in touch with the main phone line ,or even the assistant. Prices are double for the prices they were known for, might as well go to a professional real office, with a with an assistant that answers, a receptionist, maybe even a nurse that puts your time and experience in consideration. Prices are very similar in Phoenix and Scottsdale with well known great doctors. Don’t waste your time.... read more
I went in for my post op the other day, and honestly the medical assistant Vivian was very helpful super sweet and caring, she gave me so much information that was helpful.I reccomend to anyone who is looking for quality and professional setting care!
