I had a consult, I made an appointment and paid the deposit. Labs are due a month before surgery. I was cleared by my doctor and cardiologist. The cardiologist told me my stress test was good no issues and cleared me for surgery. I was so excited about my surgery, however it was cancelled. I was told they saw something on my stress test. Something the HEART doctor didn't see? I was so confused....Needless to say, I have not heard anything about my deposit. I'm now scheduled elsewhere. Very disappointing..... Beware!
This place is so unorganized. I had a procedure that I waited 6 months for and 30 days before surgery they call and cancel because Dr Charpoo wasn’t comfortable operating on me in a clinic setting... hmmm ok!! They whole process is ridiculous and you can’t get in contact with anyone after you make your deposit. If I could give this place a big fat ZERO I would. I’m glad I didn’t have my surgery at this place. It’s like a they cattle the patients in and out and theirs no patient doctor relationship. They take your money get ... read more
