Terrible customer service. Many miscommunications and cost misrepresentations. We left here some years ago due to poor service and we were moving. We were forced to try using them again and couldn’t be more disappointed. My spouse and one of our dogs were forgotten in a room for more than an hour and a half today. They scheduled an appointment for a procedure with a “nurse” that only the dr could perform and the dr wouldn’t be available for some time.
Very caring, capable vet practice with helpful, competent staff as well. Excellent follow-up.
