I had a 7 pm haircut appointment, arrived 5 minutes early and left at 730 because I couldn’t wait any longer. Only the manicurist acknowledged me as she was leaving for the day. Why does it take an hour to get a fade? Because they are socializing more than they are working!
Contacted this salon to see if I could walk in for a trim. The lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and hung up in my face when I asked if she spoke English. My Spanish isn't that great but I certainly understand the rudeness of a hang up in my face. As such I called to make sure it wasn't in error and give the business another chance and they picked up the phone and hung it up again. Third call went straight to voicemail.
