We went to Mi Hair Salon because, in a city like Santa Barbara where there's very little diversity in hair care, especially for curly hair, we were hopeful. We heard they work with curly textures, so we gave it a chance. My daughter had picture day the next day, and we just wanted her hair styled, not cut, or anything just styled. WOW! Raquel and Carmen are amazing. Visited from Orange County and a friend got me an appointment. I have really thick hair and haven't had a stylist since 2020. Raquel knows her stuff and took the time to not only fix my hair l,lbut styled it beautifully. I left feeling like a new woman. I'll be coming back to see her in three months. qßSp

Devasalon?? Really? Who cuts curly hair stretching while it's wet? No discussion with the client whatsoever! Raquel did not follow the request. My hair was chopped off mercilessly! In Addition, my hair was treated with only a leave-in and hair gel which left it super dry after it was defused. Madness!!! It's really important, to be honest when a stylist doesn't know how to deal with curly hair. Please remove the sign Deva Salon coz it is absolutely not fitting!! I just went to this amazing salon and Raquel gave me the best blowout I've ever had, and my hair is so tough to deal with. My hair is so shiny and smooth, I will always always use her! She is the BEST! Thank you.
