Very unprofessional . They’ll let you get the car cheap. Only to charge extra fees and tow and damage your car if you don’t follow their wired policies . Sales Guy at one location walks around with gun in waste band like he is security, the type to keep inadvertently showing it even though we know he has it. only to the black males tho . Don’t go here for holidays or at least go to the locations on north side and airline go to east Frwy

The experience was horrible. The service was terrible and they try to make you pay more than what the vehicle is worth. The guy who was taking my information was rude and very inconsiderate. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.
