Never coming back. Had repeated issues with quality of food over the years but they started to improve. Today service was so terrible that it solidified never returning again unfortunately. We stood waiting for a table for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence. And several people walked past but didn't say anything. We ordered the shrimp quesadilla to go. When we got home we were shocked that the shrimp QUESADILLA didn’t have any cheese!!! Hmmm let’s thinks about this. I thought the word quesadilla means cheese??? Any way this is possible? Is this an Iowa thing maybe. Every where else I have ordered a quesadilla there was always cheese that kinda binds all the ingredients together. So maybe the cook forgot??? Anyway I can’t give them a 0 stars because I think they totally messed up this order. Sorry won’t be back Mi Pueblito.
My credit card company notified me someone changed the tip amount I left and increased it by $10! The service was not the greatest either. I notified manager and was told "Give me 2hrs". Never heard back and it's not worth the irritation/anger of chasing it down. But beware and keep your receipts! I did and still was unable to get it resolved.
Really good food and the chips were warm and fresh that were served with excellent salsa. The service was very good even though we were there at an odd time of day for eating lunch.
