Bianca at the front desk was very unprofessional and not understanding. I feel that it’s important even front desk employees know they need to handle people with mental health issues with a little grace. My original psychologist with this practice moved and the next one I saw was very condescending. When I was asking about trying a different ADHD med she scoffed and said “I didn’t diagnose you with that”. The providers care and listen to you. Refills are easy to initiate, leave a voicemail and they are called in same day. Can't ask for much more than that!
Please do your research when it comes to psychiatric care. Came here for a little over a year. Was moved to THREE different providers because everyone kept leaving. Should’ve been a red flag. Never was given a formal diagnosis or test. Just was thrown on sedating medication. I felt so numb all the time. Was not vibing with the third provider I got put with. She was kind of mousey.
