Rip off. Charged £130 to tell me they couldn’t diagnose the problem after telling me a diagnosis was £80, but apparently they had to do “extra checks” because of something I told them. Didn’t tell me these extra checks were necessary and certainly didn’t tell me it would cost an extra £50
Ian went absolutely above & beyond to help me today. Having done a great service and various repairs to my van, he then came to my rescue at the end of the day when I got into a tricky situation that was nothing to do with the garage’s work ! Thank you.
I’ve been coming here for the last 10 years or so, with a few pauses when I leased a car and had to use the main dealer. The service from mi:motors is superb, far better than a main dealer! Straightforward, honest advice and an excellent standard of workmanship.
