08/07/2025; Went around 5:30pm to try this place out and I have to say im SO GLAD I DID! The food was super fresh and yummy! I was a little hesitant on the price for the single tacos but theyre loaded up overfull with meat and all the good stuff so I was happy with it after only 1 bite! 10/10 ill be back!
I love this taco truck. Im from California and used to live in San Fernando Valley and i really miss the street tacos i would get there because they're authentic and made with love. Mi Montañita Tacos is the most authentic in all of Waynesville and if you want a real experience, this is the truck to go to. The meat is always perfect and tender, especially the lengua. If you like REAL mexican food, this place is a must. If i could eat here daily, i would be here for lunch and dinner every single day. Its my favorite taco truc... read more
