My mom recently brought a 17-year-old iPod to be repaired here. This store spent a couple hours and a decent amount of materials to try to fix it. When they could not, they did not charge my mom and did not accept anything when she tried to pay (because they invested SO much time and other resources to this project). Very classy!
The guys were super sweet and made me feel welcome at the store. I was stressed and confused about how to take care of the problem with my phone, and they helped figure it out gently. They were also extremely quick at fixing my phone.
I went into Mi Mobile today to see if they could help me with an issue we were having with our email. Scott, Ryan and another young man all helped me to figure it out. In no time! They are great! Go see them.
