The theme of the building was fun, and the colors made the inside seem very bright, fun and like sitting out at a beach cantina. Food was decent, my shrimp tacos came in life a double wheat tortilla which was odd and tasted kind of paste like. I wish I would of asked for the orange sauce on the side I stead of skipping it all together. The Mrs' liked the burrito but thought the same thing about the tortilla it was wrapped in and that the chicken was a touch stringy and sparse. Rios was such a sweet waitress!! We had A LOT of questions lol but she was so knowledgeable and patient. The food was actually delicious as well, the whole Tilipia was flavored nicely, and the hot sauce was actually hot so I appreciate that
