I took my little brother in for a haircut and while the haircut itself turned out fine, the overall service could’ve been way better. His appointment was scheduled for 5:00pm, and even though we arrived a few minutes early, the barber was just starting on another client and didn’t begin my brother’s haircut until 5:30pm.
