I just had some of these folks' Salsa De Dedos at a friend's home in Sleepy Hollow. It was Fantastic! I think it was made with pickled Peppers. Delicious!
Of all places I stumble across this amazing food at a hospital farmers market, and boy am I glad I did! The service was fantastic, I was able to sample all the salsas! I ended up purchasing 1/2 dozen pork tamales with salsa Roja,1/2 dozen green chili with cheese, and a container of the Salsa de Dedos! Everything is absolutely amazing and I will be buying more in the future.
Came across Mi Fiesta at the San Rafael Farmers Market and it’s fabulous! Yolanda was attentive and explained her menu and best of all we were able to taste her creations. If you see Mi Fiesta at a farmers market you have to try!!!
Chili Rellenos are amazing. The salsas are all good , but the Salsa de Dedos is addicting. Enchiladas and tamales all good. They were the main reason for me going to the Am Can farmers market
